Jenny and I would firstly like to thank you for the work that you performed on our house.

You transformed our dream from an initial concept on paper to reality in what looked like an effortless
orchestration of the various trades involved.
​
It seemed at times, that no matter what variation we threw at you, you already had the answer up your sleeve.
I guess that comes from the many years of experience you have hidden up your sleeve.
Nothing was ever too much trouble; every morning you had a smile and a friendly wave and you kept us informed all the time of any delays.
You are the shining star when it comes to builders. I could not give you a higher recommendation than a 10 out of 10.
Secondly, we appreciate your choice of tradesmen. They were all punctual, well-mannered and polite and
I do not recall them ever once using an expletive onsite, which we appreciated.

The work performed by them was of excellent quality, and obviously you choose your tradesmen with a similar work ethic to yourself.
Finally, your son Jack deserves a comment. He is following in his dad’s footsteps and cannot be praised enough
for his pleasant, helpful & patient nature, particularly when we threw a challenge at him. He had no problems with sorting out problems at the last minute and is a credit to your company.

Henia and I wanted to write you this letter of recommendation for the works completed at our home at River Road West in Longueville in 2018. Your professionalism, honesty and skill enabled us to transform our small 3-bedroom home into a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with attached granny flat. There were a number of obstacles at our site with poor soils, sloping block, hidden sandstone, bushfire, tree and riparian restrictions not to mention a month of rain as we drilled the footings and piers. You worked through the challenges, kept us informed of what was happening, the best method to overcome it and the most cost effective manner to complete. You and your team were a pleasure to partner with which was especially important to us as we continued to live on site and worked around the building zones.

We could not be happier with everything as built and everything continues to operate as it should. You were forever helpful, collaborative, informative, accommodating, available and well planned. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, genuine, skilled and passionate about our project. You were also very patient and understanding
as we juggled our finances around with our banks so we could complete the second phase of our build. We could not have asked for more from our builders and we can’t praise you and the entire team enough.
